SGB-II (heavy duty) pipe shrinking machine
Main structure and performanceSGB-II (heavy duty) shrink pipe machine, this model is on the basis of SGB-I will increase the structure, so that the torque is greater, greater strength, more able to meet the compression large pipe diameter requirements. This machine is mainly designed and manufactured for the production of mineral cables and large pipe diameter reduction.
Due to the special use of the machine, the need to cooperate with other equipment to form an automatic production line, customers will often shrink the pipe machine vertical installation use, so that more can save production site space.
* Fuselage features; The fuselage is welded with steel plates, and the roll assembly is cast as a whole and made of precision machining. Fuselage and roll assembly can be separated to meet the needs of a variety of machine specifications;
* Transmission features: large power, large torque, increased strength, more durable.
* Applicable scope of shrink pipe: 10-45mm copper pipe, iron pipe, stainless steel pipe
* Shrink tube length range: 150mm -- continuous operation;
* There are 4 models of the machine; Group SBG-II-8, GROUP SBG-II-12, Group SBG-II-14, group SBG-II-16, etc
* There are two kinds of transmission speed, i. e. equal speed and non-speed, ranging from 2m to 20m/min.
